John Balistreri is a Ceramic Artist based in Bowling Green, Ohio.

He received his BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1986 and his MFA from Kent State University in 1988. He is currently a Professor of Art and the head of the Ceramics Program at Bowling Green State University where he has been teaching since 1996. He is best known for his large-scale ceramic sculptures and innovations related to 3D ceramic printing.
